My name is Daniela Steimel, I am a luxury hotel sales and marketing expert and the founder of Daniela Steimel Destinations. I am passionate about premium hotels with personality which offer not only the perfect location to spend unforgettable holidays but also organize events to remember. My agency supports extraordinary independent hotels with a clear positioning strategy and targeted sales and marketing services. We help them to enter the German market, gain more visibility, address new target groups and win not only more, but the right guests. We connect Germany’s leading travel designer and event planner with passionate hosts from all over Europe since both of them share the same mission: To create moments to remember.

With 15 years experience in handling premium target groups from corporate (BMW), event agency and hotel side, 8 of which as Director of Sales for several leading hotels of the world (Forte Village, Rocco Forte, Castel Monastero) I gained a 360 degree knowledge of the luxury hospitality industry. Over time, I built up a unique personal network of key decision makers in the German travel and MICE market and international luxury hotel world alike. In 2013 I founded my own luxury hotel marketing agency for the German Speaking Market. Since then, my team and I have helped some of the most exclusive hotels in Europe to significantly grow their business from Germany. We help them address new target groups and win more guests with a highly individualized strategy, tailor-made sales and marketing services and access to our premium network.
