Apart from the probably most well-known extravagant alpine resort, very close to nature and far away from everyday life, you can find the relaxing mountain resort Giardino Mountain.
At an altitude close to 2’000 m between the Alpine peaks Corvatsch and Corviglia you can find the 7 historic houses of the design hotel Giardino Mountain that have been renovated in 2011.
The core of the main house is the welcoming bar with an open fireplace. Here you can relax either all by yourself, in good company or in a sociable gathering all day long.
Apart from that, guests are spoiled for choice between relaxing in the dipiù Spa or on the marvelous sun terrace and choosing between the enormous variety of outdoor activities for active recreation that are available in the immediate area.
The four restaurants belonging to the hotel ensure culinary variety: the offer ranges from Engadine specialties in a rustic atmosphere, to gourmet cuisine in a star restaurant.

DESTINATION
On the outskirts of the village Champfèr, only 3 kilometers away from the world-famous resort area St. Moritz, the Giardino Mountain enjoys a quiet location. All the interesting sights like downtown St. Moritz, St. Moritz-Bad and various skiing areas are in the immediate vicinity. The friendly and dedicated concierge team offers a private shuttle to the lifts of Corvatsch, and Corviglia and the nearby ski school throughout the day. After returning to the hotel you can relax, feel well and recover on the sun terrace surrounded by majestic peaks rising into the sky.

At Giardino Mountain guests can chose between 4 different restaurants. The Ecco, headed by the chef Rolf Fliegauf, extends far beyond St. Moritz with its 2 Michelin-Stars. The former youngest European chef ever to be awarded two stars, surprises with his purist aroma cuisine in an exclusive ambience.
The Hide & Seek offers local cuisine, sometimes simple, sometimes playful, and at times inspired by Ayurveda.
In the cosy Stüva („living room“) guests can enjoy Engadine delicacies, including the typical cottage charm.
In winter the Pop-Up-Restaurant RSRV (= Réserve) located on the terrace of the hotel offers additional outdoor feeling under a transparent dome with cosy lambskins.

The Italian "di più“ means „more" and guests can also expect more wellness at the 2.000 square meters dipiù Spa of the Giardino Mountain. Inspired by the sunny Ticino, the committed Spa-team treats its guests with the house-made cosmetic line based on high-quality essences of grapes, herbs and fruits. After long hikes or ski descends, guests can relax in one of the three saunas or in the steam bath or they can also swim some lanes in the indoor pool or get a massage at one of the eight treatment rooms. Also the gym fulfills every wish.
LEISURE & SURROUNDINGS
The Giardino Mountain offers a lot of opportunities for active holidays. In winter it doesn’t take long to get to the ski lifts to access the skiing areas of Corvatsch and Corviglia. The valley and the frozen lake are an invitation to go cross-country skiing and to take long walks. After an adventurous outdoor-day, the Spa-area of the Giardino is the perfect place to relax in the sauna or the steam bath. Fondue under the Engadine starlit sky
Snow covered mountain tops, freezing cold night air and a bright and starry sky. Sounds like a winter fairy tale? Giardino Mountain makes it happen in its seasonal pop-up restaurant RSRV (pronounced “Reservé”) on the terrace of the hotel. During winter season you can not only try a true Swiss classic - the cheese fondue - in many different varieties but you can also enjoy outdoor-feeling combined with indoor-coziness under a transparent dome. Choose from multiple options of the delicious melted cheese: the local version with chees from the region, the luxury fondue with truffles and the St. Moritz edition with a hint of champagne instead of white wine.An absolute must for champagne lovers, cheese fondue fans and those who like that little extra something.

The fireplace in the lounge resembles the open fireplace of a farmhouse. Next door, the spacious modern bar presents itself in a soft light. At Giardino Mountain individual experiences and offers for retreat have been created for guests of all ages. Every part of the family should get their money’s worth. Six days a week, toddlers can play and run under supervision in the lovingly designed Kids Club. Meanwhile, their parents find time and leisure to relax. For the four-legged family members there are dog beds and even a dog sitting and walking service while the family is skiing.
